Replacement quench for SK Biotek

We made a new quench for SK Biotek last year. More than 10 years ago we already made a quench for this customer in Ireland, but it had to be replaced now due to the highly corrosive environment. The new quench is made with Grade 7 titanium, steel and a coating of vulcanised rubber, so it will last for years. We were able to complete the project in a very short time and before the planned process shutdown at the end of the year, allowing the customer to install the quench without any problems or unplanned process interruptions.
